| Ingredients | : | Beef Rump 500g | |

Oyster Sauce 2 tsp |

Soya Sauce 1 tbsp |
|||
| Sugar 1 tsp | |||
| Pepper ½ tsp | |||
| Onions 100g | |||
| Tomatoes 100g | |||
| Celery 50g | |||
| Spring Onions 50g | |||
| Cucumber 100g | |||

| Chili 50g | |||
| Coriander Root 1 pc | |||
| Lime Juice 4 tsp | |||
| Fish Sauce 3 tsp | |||
| Sugar 3 tsp | |||

Marinate the beef with oyster sauce, pepper, sugar and soya sauce. Leave for 10 minutes (or more than 10 minutes). |

Grill the beef rump and cut into thin slices. | ||
| (3) | Slice onions, tomatoes and cucumber. Cut spring onions and celery. | ||
| (4) | Chop garlic, small chili and coriander root. Add fish sauce, lime juice and sugar. | ||
| (5) | Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. | ||
